I am trying to install my Nest Thermostat. I have entered the 6 digit set-up code and clicked "Next", but now the app is telling me to choose the last 4 digits of the serial number. However there is no place to enter the digits nor a button to click "Next". Entering the last 4 serial characters as the set-up code does not work.
What is wrong?
