Nest app can’t control temperature

The Nest App is no longer giving me an option to schedule my heating and cooling. The app also does not give me an option to change between heating and cooling or even to change the temperature.

@Ghoster812, in addition to what was mentioned by Rachel. It appears that you lost access to your Nest Thermostat in the Nest app. Please make sure that you're signed in with the correct email address associated with your thermostat. If so, check for the other available structures where it might be connected. Here's your guide on how to switch home structures and let us know how it goes.
