I moved to this property 2 months ago and got a new nest installed. I had one previously. Each lunchtime it is on and I have not programmed it for that time. It is now walked past during the day and is potentially costing me more. I have wiped the programme and re done it. No joy.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check — what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Is your Auto-Schedule setting turned on? To confirm, did you reset your thermostat schedule to its default settings? What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started? Also, what country are you located in?
