My heatlink stopped working but was replaced and works fine. However when I turn on the heating from my nest app or the nest thermostat nothing happens the thermostat will.show as if it has turned in heating but radiators don't heat up. I have checked setting and heat link is connected to thermostat. How can I resolve this issue
