Thermostat is c. 3, years old. Has suddenly started intermittently following the schedule set in the app. Says it is running up to temperature, but doesn't actually fire up the boiler. Boiler has been repeatedly checked by engineers and the issue is no there. When manually adjusted via the app or with the physical thermostat or does work. Help please, about to move to hive as the issue has been ongoing for months.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us the type of Nest thermostat you have? Did you make any changes to your thermostat settings before it happened? Could you share a photo of how your thermostat is wired? Also, what country are you located in?
You can try to reset the thermostat schedule and let us know how it goes. On the thermostat’s display, go to Settings > Reset then choose Schedule to reset. Once done, create a new schedule
