Where do I find the free Promo code

While installing my new thermostat. It said I needed a free nest power connector. 
Where do I find the promo code?

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. At the top left, tap Add +.
3. Tap Offers.

When the code is sent, it's sent to all members of the home. If no one uses it, you might need to reset your thermostat to default settings and set it up again until you get the offer to generate a new code.

I just left it on battery for a few days and they sent me a notification or email again
