Nest heat link second gen

Our heat link seems to have switched off, no lights and no connection to the thermostat.  There doesn't seem to be a power issue, any ideas?

Hi @AndyBS16

Looks like your Heat Link died... Did you try a power cycle? 🙂

If so and it still doest come online please Google Nest Support.

I turned power off and on to the boiler which I assume it is fed from? I'll try support thanks

All sorted, I spoke to customer support and they arranged for it to be replaced free of charge despite being out of warranty so quite impressed by that (although it is a very common fault apparently)

It is great to hear things are back on track. If anything else comes up, make sure to open up a new thread. I will go ahead and close this one.

There is a number of devices that are exhibiting a specific behaviour, we have a post regarding this. For those, we're more than willing to set up a replacement.
