Nest heat link

My heat link 2nd addition was working fine up to last night, but tried to put the heating on just now, no lights on the heat link, changed the fuse not that any ideas please

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this resolved for you. Does anything happen if you press on the Nest button on the Heat Link? Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?



How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup?

Hi Christian ,

The heat link went wrong so had to replace it with the thermostat control as well all working fine again now

Been installed about a year ago
