Until nest comes up with a base that has screw in wire terminals. I will never install one, and I am an hvac guy.

Resolved! Wondering if my setup is compatible

It appears that I have a white wire, green, red, and a common wire. Would this setup be compatible with any Nest thermostats? Thanks!
