Nest heatlink not working

The Heatlink of my Nest learning thermostat v3 seems to have died. Unfortunately just after the warranty period. Can it be replaced or repaired? How can i get into contact with Google for this?

Same here with mine turned heating on last night and heatlink is dead... done all the resets and nothing... only been fitted 13 months
