Nest history

History was working now when I go to history it just says "No Usage" in the app. If I expand the day then it showed some usage. Tuesday the correct usage but not correct for Wednesday. When I check it at the thermostat energy usage is there. It’s the same on the website. It stopped working after Monday’s data.

I have the same issue. History fine until Tuesday this week, then says no usage. I noticed last night and clicked on Tuesday to see that the heating had been constantly on since about 4pm! I checked again today to see if Wednesday's data was there. Tuesday now shows normal usage although still says no usage, Wednesday also says no usage but has apparently been on all day. Heating seems to be working fine, its just the app has gone nuts. I can't seem to find an explanation or a fix... still looking.

Same here. Everything has been fine up until Tuesday of this week too. It shows hours of heating but when I click on it to see breakdown, there's about half the day showing. For Wednesday it shows nothing and says no usage at all. However, the Nest itself and Google Home apps show accurate usage. The furnace is working fine and our thermostat is up to date also...

Same issue here. I figured it might have had something to do with the fact that I just had a new furnace and AC unit installed on Monday, since Tuesday was when the issue started. But it would seem that is just a coincidence. Data shows fine on the thermostat itself but is acting strange on the app. Tuesday shows no data until I expand the day, then it shows detailed run time. Wednesday shows total usage but when I expand that day it doesn't display any detailed run rime through the day. Very odd.

An update: Tuesday is now ‘fixed’ in the Nest app and on home.nest.com. Wednesday still showing no usage on the app and web but very odd usage when expanded that doesn’t match the thermostat.

An update 06:12 BST April 28 2023. All data (Tuesday to Thursday) is now correctly showing in Nest app history, matching the thermostat data for the same periods.
