Nest home report confusion

Hi. Excerpting from Home Report.  I participated in 80% of the energy Rush Hours. Note: There might have been additional energy rush hours this month that you did not participate in. Hunh? Why didn't I? They don't explain. And now I don't even get notices about upcoming Rush hours. Anyone have an idea about this? Thanks Ray

I know it's been awhile, and I wanted to ensure you got the answer you're looking for. I'd be happy to shed some light on your situation with your Nest Home Report.

A few questions: can you share with us a screenshot of your home report showing the energy history? What type of Nest Thermostats do you have? Also, who's your energy provider?
