Nest home reports for November on December 28th?

I've owned a Nest Learning thermostat for over 4 years now. One thing that is consistent is that the monthly home report email is getting more and more stale each month. For the recent example, I got my monthly home report for November 2023 on December 28th, 2023. Why is this?

You folks at Nest easily know which users read the home reports and which do not. Can you not use machine learning to prioritize getting the report out to the users who do open the email rather than those who don't?
