Nest installed but cannot find hot water

Hi there , i have just had the nest installed this weekend and all is working well with the exception of the hot water.

I have a 3rd Gen Nest but live in a 3 story house and do not have a combination boiler.

We have a tank on the top floor and the boiler on the ground floor.

According to what i have read i should still be able to set up heating of my hot water but cannot find anywhere on the app or the thermostat to do so.

Yikes! Let me take a look at this for you. 

Are you located in North America or Europe? Did you try using the Help Center or troubleshooter before contacting support? If so, which steps have you tried already?'
