Nest is setting it's own schedule

I have a clear schedule set for 18c at 7am but every morning at 4am the Nest learning thermostat comes on blasting 22C which is boiling. The only way to stop it us turning the heat off completely which defeats the object. I have turned off the learning schedule as well. When I look at usage I can see where is is schedule set by me, but the early 22C says set by the NEST app or Web?? I'm in the UK.

where it says set by app and starting with a 2!

Thank you for the screenshot. Could you also grab one of the schedule so I can have a look at the expected behaviour and one from the Settings> Nest Sense section, so I can see all the settings there.  

Also, just to check, do you have any other members invited to the home structure that have access to the thermostat?
