Nest keeps turning heat on when set to very low temp on cool

Why does this freaking thermostat keep turning my heat on when I have it set to cooling only? It keeps turning it on every morning at the same time. I reset it and deleted all scheduling. It keeps doing it!!! Will google refund my heating bill? I’m so fed up of getting woken up early in a hot box every morning. I’m sooooo mad.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Please check your thermostat's Energy History. It will help you see what your thermostat was doing previously.
