Our nest thermostat worked fine all of last year, but will not connect to our internet now. We have followed all trouble shooting recommendations including a factory reset, and it will still not connect. We likely need a new device, but cannot find a customer service phone number to initiate a warranty claim. We attempted to initiate a warranty claim online, and got nowhere. We are very very frustrated and the very poor customer experience. How do we contact a person who can help us with this?
