We have a Nest learning thermostat 4th at a seasonal property and set up all the notifications that we can find on the app and allowing notification on the devices. The google home app is enabled on multiple apple devices using different google accounts. No one received any alerts via email or push that the furnace had shut off. This is critical as no one was there and changes in temperature can cause mold, etc. Do we need to do something on the actual thermostat for notifications? What are we missing? The activity feed just states 'no events on this day'. How can we fix this?
