Nest learning thermostat does what it wants

This is the worst thermostat!  It does what it wants, changes all the time.  I set on schedule, it changed in its own.  Can’t get it to display on nest only on phone.  I want to remove all 3 from my house and money back.  Bill is so expensive due to this will change all day in the middle of the night and in Kids room.  Terrible, no help to assist.  The electrician said, get rid of it, cost more $$$ on utility bill also due to it changes on its own.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

The Nest Thermostat has an auto-schedule feature that automatically adjusts your home temperature based on your previous changes. You can turn this feature off and observe how your thermostat follows your set schedule. 

Another feature that could automatically adjust your Nest Thermostat is the Home/Away assist feature. It sets your thermostat to eco mode when it is not detecting any movement in your home or if the mobile phone associated with it is outside the house. You could turn this off as well and observe your thermostat.
