The Nest app keeps telling me the entry code is wrong!! I have tried all the codes the thermostat has given but still keeps stating wrong entry code. Very frustrated.
I have re- booted router, phone and thermostat.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help. Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall your Nest app then do an Account Connection reset on your Nest Thermostat? To do this, go to Settings > Reset > Account Connection. Keep in mind that it will disconnect your thermostat to the app and to the Network. After that, connect your thermostat to the Network then proceed on adding it again to the app.

The Nest app will not load onto my Samsung Galaxy.S52. It.just keeps going g round and round.
I should have purchased a Tado. This is driving me nuts. 😒
