Nest learning thermostat fan auto

Hello, 

I've installed nest learning thermostat last week, there is an option from the nest application to make the fan speed works auto, but this option doesn't work, I can change the fan manually of on schedule timing. could you please advise.

• When did the situation start?
• What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the situation started?
• Are there any codes or messages that you see on the app or on the thermostat? 
• What kind of HVAC system do you have? (Heat pump, conventional system, etc.)
• Do you notice any intervals or specific patterns between these strange behaviors?
• When was the last maintenance check for your HVAC system?
• Has there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
• Does the issue happen on heating only, cooling only, or both?
• What is the current power reading of your thermostat under Settings > Technical Info > Power (Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN).
• Do you have a common ground wire or C wire?
• Have you experienced any power outages within the last few days or weeks?

Have a look at the following: 

1. Make sure the thermostat wires are completely inserted to the terminals.
2. Check if the HVAC system needs maintenance.
3. Go to Settings > Reset > Restart to restart your thermostat.
