Nest learning thermostat home/away assist problems

Hi,

The home/away assist is not working as expected. If often thinks I'm away even when I am home, and turns it to Eco mode.

I have read up and have tried some things, like checking my home address is set correctly, but nothing has worked.

I have noticed that in Google Home 'Presence sensing' settings, it says "You're using this feature on a different phone" and gives me the option to switch to my current phone. I have done this switch numerous times, but after a short while if I go back into the menu it says the same thing again.

A similar thing happens in the Nest app. Under 'What decides if you're home' I have mobile phone location 'Yes' and 'You' as 'Yes', but the 'You' settings constantly turns itself back to 'No' after a short while and I cannot get it to stay as 'Yes'.

I am on Android phone OnePlus Nord
