So I have a Nest learning Thermostat for Years But but a few years ago, my battery stopped holding a charge and the thermostat would keep dying. I would charge it up on a USB port and put it back on and it would last. 6 to 8 hours and die again Nest did replace it and it worked for a few more years so now it is doing it again. I’ve been trying to call, but I do not find a number. I put the information in for someone to call me back and never receive a call so I do not know what to do. I hope somebody will call me back or give me a number that I can reach out to.
I live in North America
Battery is reading 3.612 V
voc 37.00
vin 7.70
Lin 20 mA
