Nest learning thermostat

My thermostat just stopped working..it was showing on the app that it was cooling but it wasn't turning on the air at all..no fan nothing...I had a previous issue with the thermostat not turning on the heat. I switched the Rc wire to Rh and that fixed the problem..I have a forced air and electric heat pump system.  The fan icon also disappeared from the app..the voltage was reading 3.88 on the app and wifi was connected and stable..I put the old thermostat back on a the ac is working..any suggestion on a fix?
