I can’t log into my account as I have a new phone. The login wants to send a code to my old phone. How do I access my nest via my gmail..??

For ummigrated Nest Account customers, Google Nest recommends removing 2-step verification temporarily when changing phone numbers, and, in the same article below, suggests you may have to factory reset your Google Nest devices if you cannot access the phone number where the verification code is being sent:
If your Nest Account has been migrated to a Google Account and you're logging onto the Google Nest app with a Google account, maybe this will help:
