To better investigate this situation, I’d like to ask for the following information:
- When did this issue first occur?
- Have you seen any error messages on the thermostat display or in the Google Home app?
- What is the make and model of your HVAC system?
- Are the breakers on, and is the rest of your home receiving power?
- Are there any LED lights on the thermostat? If so, what color are they?
- Could you share a picture of the wiring installation?
- Could you please share the battery status? (You can find this under Settings > Battery > Battery Status on the thermostat display).
- In case you have more than one thermostat, are they experiencing the same issue?
