Nest-no power E298 error

I’ve installed Nest and still says no power. Keeps going on and off with a E298 error.

 

where can I check the Internet connection and make sure it’s connected in the app.

How do you have the thermostat wired? Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here?

Do you have a C wire connected?
