Nest not recognising phone location

Had a thermostat professionally installed three days ago. I can control the thermostat from my Moto G50 mobile but its location is not recognised and leads to the temperature being reduced when I am still at home.

Tried all of the suggestions on the help webpages but without success.

What else can I do?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Please check your thermostat's power readings.

Have a look at this guide:

Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

1. Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
2. Select the Device Information.
3. Choose Technical Information.
