Nest renew w/ multiple thermostats

Hi, I have 2 thermostats in my house.  I was wondering if I could link both of them to nest renew.  I was reading this thread but it doesn't tell me much.  Please let me know, thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that the Nest Renew program can be confusing, but I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Nest Thermostats added within the same home structure with a Nest Renew subscription should automatically be registered as part of the program. You can also manage your subscription by signing in to the Nest Renew portal in your web browser so you can check your subscription  information. To clarify, are you prompted to join Nest Renew when you're setting up your second thermostat?
