Hi,
We're in NC and just got power back after Hurricane Helene and my Nest thermostat is stuck on the home screen.
Picture linked (the icon in the middle is a house - camera was damaged in the storm).
It's a Gen 1 and I've tried rebooting it by holding it down for 30 seconds. We have internet.
We've had power for over 24 hours, so it should be charged, correct?
Our second thermostat went through the power interruption and is working fine.
Can you help?

Was this thermostat anywhere close to flood water?
Was the HVAC unit damaged by flood water?

Hi @Patrick_Caezza,
No flooding or water damaged the HVAC system or this thermostat.
We were only without power for 7 days.
As I mentioned, the 2nd Nest thermostat seems to be operating normally.
Thanks for your reply!
