Nest t’stat identification

My older Nest has a screen dia. of 2.1”. This model isn't identified in any of the help articles, so the above choice of (2020) is not certain. Which model do i have?

I’m trying to establish a calendar manually. No such ability appears in the Nest app. Suggestions/help?
