Nest thermostat Condenser was turning on, now it's not

We installed our nest and it was working fine for a couple weeks.  Now, the condenser won't turn on even though it's on cool. Warm air is blowing.  If I turn it off and back on, it starts but is stopping again.  Any idea how to fix, the wiring was done by an electrician, who had to come back for the C wire but the unit is identifying all the wires (this thermostat is only for ac)

Sounds more like an issue with the AC unit than the Nest.

My unit had a wiring issue at installation but you’ve had that looked at so maybe try cutting it off and then after it stops completely turn on and put in lowest Eco mode and leave in this but try to go back to regular cooling after a few hrs.

Hi folks,

I'm sorry to know that your condenser doesn't turn on. Let's get this sorted — could you please share a photo of your thermostat wiring? Also, could you check the power reading of your thermostat? You can find this info by going to Settings > Technical info > Power.

Looking forward for your response.

Thanks,

JT
