We live in the Yukon and have a Nest thermostat E. To keep up with our time zone, we would like to change the zone to Yukon or Arizona instead of going back and forth with Mountain and Pacific time.
In the meantime, I changed the timezone to Mountain time, but I didn't change the time, assuming Nest would do it automatically. Since it didn't change, I cannot change the time anymore. The only option it gives me is '12 or 24 hours'.

Hi martin_d_turpin,
Thanks for bringing this up here in the Google Nest community. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you. In the Date & Time menu, you can set your Nest thermostat's clock to show you the time in a 12-hour or 24-hour format.
When connected to the Nest app and Wi-Fi, your thermostat automatically sets the date and time based on your location. It also automatically adjusts for daylight saving time based on your time zone.
If the time is incorrect, update your zip or postal code in the Nest app:
Note: If your thermostat isn't connected to Wi-Fi, you can manually set the date and time.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Best,
Renz
