Nest thermostat Not completing setup

I've completed the setup process on the app but the nest thermostat says I need to finish on the app. It seems to be controlling my furnace just fine. It says added to your account. Use the nest app to continue setting up your thermostat. I can reset and disconnect from my app but didn't want that to ruine anything. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Google Nest Community forum.

 

I appreciate you getting one step ahead of us. You can click a thermostat icon with an exclamation point in the Nest app to check for an option "finish setup". Then, follow the prompt to continue.
