I recently had an HVAC professional install 2 nests thermostats on a new construction house and both bases make a buzzing noise when you stand close to them. I searched the forums and saw it was a common problem with the RH wire and tested it, and that appears to be the wire causing the noise.
The wire was clean and I wiped it off anyway and tried to blow on the part it connects to, in case there was any dust in there. But both units continue to buzz lightly continuously. Is there any other fix for this, or could it be a defect on the wall plates?

Hello AlecA,
Thanks for reaching out, and I appreciate that you've tried some steps. I'd love to know more about this.
Could you share a photo of your thermostat's wiring? Also, are your thermostats able to activate your HVAC system?
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark

The thermostats are able to run the hvac system.
I am getting a message "You do not have permission to upload images." when trying to post a picture. The connections I currently have are Y1, G, OB, W!, C, and RH
