Nest thermostat and zoned controls

Hi, I have recently had my home replumbed and have 2 heating zones - upstairs and downstairs. I bought a Nest Thermostat with a Heatlink and have installed downstairs. When I turn heating on, only the downstairs radiators come on. Upstairs, there is an Eph thermostat but I don't think it turns the heating on. Any ideas what I need to do?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I'll leave you here a link to an article about the zoned system. From what you described the Nest thermostat is working as expected, in zoned systems each thermostat controls a zone. Regarding the other thermostat that you have, I can't help you with any troubleshooting since I'm not trained, I recommend you get in contact with them.
