Nest thermostat aux heat usage

How do we view the Aux. Heat Usage for a heat pump system using the app? 

I can see the total running hours when checking the history but I would like to see the aux heat usage compare to regular heat pump.

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

You can click on the expanded view on the energy usage history to get more details of your heating and cooling usage.
 

Note: If there are two shades of orange or blue, it means you have a two-stage system. The lighter shade is the 1st stage, and the darker shade is the 2nd stage. If there are three shades, it means you have a three-stage system, with the darkest shade showing the 3rd stage.

This is all the current information you can view from the app and on your Nest Thermostat.

Good day. How do I take it off aux heat and make it regular heat?
