We have had this thermostat for about 6 or 7 years with no problems but now we have a blinking red light issue, we saw that by adding a C wire it may fix the problem so we did that but we still have the problem. I have tried charging it and putting it back on and then it stays on for a little bit but we cannot get it connected to WIFI no matter what we do. Please help!
