How to connect more than one device to thermostat

How do you connect more than one device to a Nest thermostat? We have one connected, but now when you go into settings on the thermostat it no longer displays the key, so can’t connect another one! Many thanks.

I am sorry to hear you are also running into the issue. I would be more than happy to help out and ensure the devices are connected. Do you mind me asking if you have tried creating another home for the 2nd device? I have found, that this is a quick workaround when having trouble adding the 2nd device.
