My thermostat is saying the temperature of the room is higher than it is. E.g the thermostat says my room is at 22⁰, but it definitely is no where near that. It's meaning I'm having to wind the stat up to get heating on. I've tried resetting it back to factory settings, but still the problem is there. Anyone else have anything like this?

Hi Zoe,
Thanks for replying!
I'll answer your questions in order.....
We are in Europe.
We have the learning thermostat, with a signal strength of 79.
I installed the thermostat in about November 2023.
It is in the living room, on a wall.
We don't have any other thermostats.
We noticed the issue about 6 weeks ago
I don't have any other thermometers or thermostats to see if there is any differences.
I have tried doing a factory reset, and removing the thermostat from the app and reinstalling, but the same issue is there.
Thank you for your help!
Josh
