Nest thermostat hot water schedule issue

This week my nest thermostat/ the schedule has been playing up.  It's been working fine for several years but this week Monday and today (Friday) the hot water hasn't been heating. The radiators have been. The heating system and  hot water schedule has been untouched. The app shows as heating/orange screen. When I undertake a boost it worked for Monday but the problem seems to of returned again today. Not happy. My daughter was sick in the night and for her to have a cold shower was not right. 

I've seen a few other posts about the schedule/hot water issues of late. Is this a software issue?

Hello @Dan7970! Thanks for sending the picture. If you go on the actual thermostat, to Hot Water schedule, is it turned on, and it matches the schedule that you have in the app?
