So the thermostat no longer supported. No email with the offer to upgrade and now it tells me there is no thermostat registered to my email address. I definitely see it on my wall . Raised a query and they said they couldn't answer it....how do I rectify this

My case number is 55333000039638.....since received an email....but when I try to purchase the link takes me to the tado German site and advises that I cannot use my UK address to make a purchase....I need to change it.!!!!

Thanks for your reply! Upon reviewing the information, it appears you received an email from one of our agents concerning the promo code discount eligibility. I understand that you have the code now but are experiencing an issue placing the order on the Tado website, as it directs you to the German site and doesn't accept your UK address. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to Tado° customer support directly. They are the best team to assist with ordering and address-related concerns.

having contacted Tado to try and resolve received new discount code...still not accepting my address. Tado now seem to have relinquished ownership of the issue and google appear to not wish to help resolve either. Being passed around and getting no resolution. Can you give me a discount code for a new nest. Really disappointing service from both companies
