Nest thermostat reads 77, is actually 75 at thermostat and 73 in the furthest room from the thermostat. I have pictures and screenshots for evidence and information, but there is no option to add them. I have no idea what model I have because it doesn't have a model name that matches product names listed, just a display screen size. I have seen posts about adjusting temperature differential or something along those lines, but have no option to do so with this hunk of garbage.

Hello @Tired_of_nest,
Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat is displaying a temperature that doesn't match the actual temperature in your home. It's completely understandable how frustrating this is when you're trying to maintain a comfortable environment. I'm here to help you figure out why this is happening.
To help me understand your specific situation and provide the most relevant troubleshooting, please answer the following questions:
To make sure I'm giving you the best troubleshooting steps, we first need to identify your specific Nest Thermostat model. Our help center has a quick guide on how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
Where exactly did you install your thermostat? (For example, in what room, on which wall, or is it on a stand?)
Do you have any other active Nest thermostats in your home? If so, do they show the same temperature issue?
When did you first notice this temperature discrepancy?
Is this temperature difference continuous, or does it happen only under specific circumstances? (For example, only when the heating or cooling is running, or at certain times of day?)
Could you please let me know if you have already attempted any troubleshooting steps? If yes, would you mind listing them for me?
Your answers to these questions will help me narrow down the cause of the temperature inaccuracy. I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Kevin
