I am currently on my second Nest Learning thermostat. My first one was replaced by Google due to an inability to connect to WiFi.
My connection dropped again a couple of days ago and I can’t get it back. I contacted support and their solution was to purchase a new one, as this one is out of warranty.
I’m sorry, but WHY would I replace a non-functioning piece of garbage with LITERALLY the same piece of garbage?????
