Nest thermostat keeps factory resetting

I have a Gen 3 and Nest E. They both keep factory resetting randomly at the same time. They have adequate voltage going to them. Think it has to do with our rewards program, everytime there is a heatwave they factory reset. Called Google support and they have never seen it but confirmed the data all lines up that a bug is in the code. Just seeing if anyone else has a problem with randomly factory resets?

Yes having the same issue we have 2 Gen 3 thermostats and both have started to factory reset over the past 2 days as well. The timing makes sense with the normal times that the peak time increases generally happen on the rewards program.

Yes...started a few days ago with heatwave I'm in so cal.  Flex alerts are factory resetting the device.  I have to remove the device from my account and manually re set everything back up.  Definitely something wrong
