Nest thermostat keeps going into Eco mode even when I'm home

My Nest thermostat keeps going into Eco mode while I'm home. I'm using it through the Google Home app. I don't want to turn presence sensing off because I do like the feature when it works correctly. But I also don't want to be freezing in my house in the middle of the day because it thinks I'm away for some reason. My phone is properly linked in the presence sensing feature.

• What Nest thermostat model do you have? For your reference, you can check out this article on how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
• Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
• When did the issue first occur?
• When was the thermostat installed?
• What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
• Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?
