Nest thermostat max unit per home possible to increase?

We are nest product installer company here in Dubai. 

 

I have quick question from nest expert. About total number of nest thermostat per user/home that is max 18 we can setup. But we do have some client they have bigger villas / office with 30 plus units. 

 

Currently only we have to setup two different devices with to add 18 + 18 or more. But is there way to increase the number of thermostat for each house. If not please we request nest team google team should remove the limits or increase the number for each client.

There are limits for the number of devices you can have on a single Google Account. These limits are part of our ecosystem, which are based on our understanding of how our users are using our devices. These limits help us to make sure that our ecosystem can reliably run for all our users.

I have brought up your request to our internal teams, which will take into account when designing the future of our ecosystem. Though we are not planning to change our ecosystem design in the foreseeable future.

How can I increase max limits of nest thermostat ?  I have 3 accounts for three different locations. One home and two offices. I need to add one more home but not allowed. This seems awfully dumb that I can’t add a device to my account. Can you advise ?

I just want to ask if you are using the Nest app or the Google Home app. If you are using a Nest app, can you confirm if your account has been migrated to Google? Let us know, and we'll be happy to help.
