Nest thermostat not compatible

Just had a STELPRO SFECM electric furnace installed. Have been informed by STELPRO that my nest learning thermostat is not compatible with this unit. Was wondering if there was a fix for this.

Could you share a photo of your current thermostat wires showing the terminal labels so I could check on it?
