Hi,
A the last couple of days my Nest thermostat started having issues where the temperature sensor is constantly showing that is is 19 degrees, but the temperature is set to 9 degrees. I have tried putting the temperature 19.5+, reset the display and heat link, followed all the troubleshooting steps, checked the wiring, removed the app/installed the app and there is no change
Even though the temperature is set to 9 degrees, the temperature keeps going up so I've had to turn off my boiler to avoid wasting energy and being too hot.
I'm stuck on what to try now. A few months back Google replaced my heat link due to a know issue which meant my thermostat dropped power, but since then I hadn't had any issues. I was away for a week and had the heating and hot water on before I went and since being back this issue has come about.
One thing I have noticed that I thought was weird is that when I look under energy history it shows as no usage for the days that I was away, even though I had a schedule on and I didn't have away from home activated.
Any help would be appreciated.
