Nest thermostat not staying linked, App won’t let me click NO when saying I have no other equipment.

It took 3 tries of down loading the Google Home app before I could get it work enough to setup my nest thermostat. It was visible on the app for 3-4 days. When I left town I wanted to check on my temperature at home and the link was gone. Now I try to find it or re link it I can’t get past the page where it asks “do you have any of these other items?” It will not let me click NO and proceed. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your thermostat in the Google Home app. I'd love to help.

If you already had your thermostat completely setup in the Google Home app, you no longer need to add it again. If the thermostat is not showing on the home screen, try checking it on another available home structure where your thermostat might be connected. Also, on the page where you are on this post, you can skip the setup process so you can reach the home page directly.
